Chris Deschner is the new Executive Chef with Hidden Trails Country Club. In this role, Chris coordinates and leads a talented culinary team providing an excellent food and dining experience. Chris comes with over fifteen years of experience beginning his culinary career at the age of thirteen as a dishwasher, quickly moving up to become the Kitchen Manager of a popular local restaurant, while still in his Junior year of high school.

Chris spent six years at UCO as the Resident Dining Executive Chef and the Executive Catering Chef, before moving to The Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, OK as the Executive Chef. Chris Specializes in Catering events and Restaurant operations and looks forward to his new home at Hidden Trails.

Chris and his wife Misty have two boys and two girls, they enjoy relaxing by the pool and camping every possible moment they can. Misty is also exceptionally talented in the kitchen and looks forward to helping on occasions.
