Saturday, August 8 – $20 per player

Hidden Trails Grand Slam tournament is an exciting but simple combination of World Team Tennis and USTA league rules. The matches will be fast-paced and fun. Come join us and win your first Grand Slam Title!
  1. There will be four levels of play: NTRP 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+ flight. Each team will play in one flight.
  2. There will be a winning team in each flight, and each player on the winning teams will receive a tournament reward.
  3. Each team must have a minimum of four players: two men and two women. A team may have a maximum of six players.
  4. Be the team Captain and lead the way! Form a team, get your players committed, get creative with your team name and register!
  5. Want to play in this tournament, but don’t have a team? Register as an individual player and we’ll find a team at your level that needs you.
  6. Team matches will consist of one set each of men’s and women’s doubles and two sets of mixed doubles, for a total of four sets within each team match.
  7. Register at the front desk or call/text Elizabeta at 405-837-4269.
  8. Due to Covid, we are limiting the number of teams to 4 per flight. We will spread the match times throughout the day and play indoor and outdoor (in the morning) in order to limit the number of people at the facility; great opportunity to try our newly resurfaced outdoor courts!
Tournament schedule:
  1. 8.30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. — Team pictures, overview of tournament rules
  2. 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Tournament match play (may extend beyond 5:00 p.m. if needed)
  3. Match times will be announced 2 days ahead (August 6th) so you can just show up to play at your designated time.

A note to our members

Attention Golfers,

Please Remember a Few Rules

  1. Please pair up on carts unless you have expressed concern for a health risk (exception not the rule).  One rider to a cart is hard on the carts life expectancy, increase labor, and cart availability is limited with our growing membership.
  2. Please sand divots in the fairway and fix green pitch marks.  We get out of the habit during the Covid restrictions, but it’s time to get back in the habit of taking care of the course.
  3. Please stay 30 yards away from tee boxes and greens with the carts unless you have a blue handicap flag (request must be made).  Blue Handicap Flags allow to park within 10 yards of the green on dry days, but are void on cart path only days.
  4. No one can tee off the back side before 9am.  Mowers and sand workers are trying to stay ahead.  Please check in with the pro shop before starting on 10 at any time.
  5. Please have all guests sign in at the proshop.  We would like to know the names of our guest so we don’t have to refer to them as guests.  If guests do not check in, they will be charged to the Member full rate.
  6. Be aware of stakes in the ground.  They cost $15 each and they are getting ran over daily.
  7. We will close the range at 7:30pm on Sundays so we can pick it clean for mowing on Monday morning.

Thanks for all your help!

Dear members,

The month of June has been a great month for Hidden Trails Tennis and Pickleball. We are growing in memberships and feel grateful that many of you chose us to be your tennis & pickleball home.  We have had great turnouts in a variety of our programming and are excited to keep moving in a positive direction. The top priority going forward is to resurface our outside courts. This is an expensive project but we are going to work hard to make it happen. All of the proceeds from each event that’s ahead of us will be going towards the courts.

Finally, I would like to thank those who recently made generous donations that will go towards the outside courts; Your support is not something we take lightly.
